What the Audited Project is
The Audited Project is the in-house management and tracking system with which Standarte documents every stand design and construction assignment. It brings together in a single private space the graphic proposal, the interactive 3D model, the production brief and the detailed budget, and records every client approval and comment. The result is a verifiable, archivable record that acts as witness to the agreement at all times.
What the client sees is what gets built
Before anything is manufactured, the client reviews and approves the stand prototype on screen. From that approval the project is frozen and traced: any change is documented and approved again. This way we eliminate the sector's main source of conflict —that what is delivered is not what was promised— with a simple guarantee: what is approved in the prototype is what rises at the fair.
A verifiable, archivable record
Every project keeps its complete history: design versions, budget, dates, approvals and the conversation with the team. The client accesses their project through a private, individual link, and the record remains archived as objective proof of the agreement, useful for both the client and Standarte.
Transparency that builds trust
The Audited Project turns the relationship into something measurable and free of surprises: clear budget, defined scope, approved prototype and real-time tracking. It is how Standarte backs up its quality commitment with facts on every stand it designs, produces and installs with its own workshop.
Who it is for
For any company that exhibits at fairs and wants to commission its stand with the peace of mind of knowing, from day one and in writing, exactly what it will receive. If you are preparing your presence at a fair, this system is your guarantee.
