Uhinak is the cross-border congress and fair on climate change and coastal management held at Ficoba (Irún), a meeting point for the scientific, technical and administrative community of the Euskadi-Aquitaine region. It addresses coastal adaptation, risk management, marine research and sustainability policy, with talks, panels and spaces for institutional and technological display.
