FIBES has three column-free halls with service pits every eight metres: a venue made for the large island stand and the double-decker, and that is how we build here. Its calendar adds a variable few venues have: public shows — SICAB, SIMOF, the Motor Show — with tens of thousands of visitors in a few days. A stand for FIBES is sized for that traffic: protected edges, washable materials where people touch, fine finishes at eye level.

At the professional shows the weight changes, not the demand: Fireca exhibits rescue vehicles and MMH mining machinery, so the floor is sized for tonnes and services are agreed with the venue before anything is drawn. We manufacture in the workshop, pre-assemble the whole stand and transport it to Seville with margin, so installation never depends on a delay on the road.

1. Survey. Real measurements of the contracted space, hall clear height and venue rules before anything is drawn.
2. Engineering and 3D prototype. Structure, loads, services and cutting list resolved first; you get a photorealistic prototype of what will actually be built.
3. Manufacturing in our own workshop. Bespoke joinery, furniture and graphics produced by our team, checked piece by piece.
4. Pre-assembly. The stand is put together in the workshop before it ships: adjustments happen here, not against the clock in the hall.
5. Transport and installation. Our own fitters and joiners build it on site, finished 24 h before opening.
6. Dismantling and storage. We remove the stand at closing and keep the reusable parts for your next show.
