SIPRHO is France's second-largest show for cafés, hotels, restaurants and private beaches, held every February at the Parc des Expositions de Montpellier. More than 400 stands and 20,000 Mediterranean hospitality professionals gather at a show famous for its stagecraft, with beaches recreated inside the halls.
