The Annual Congress of the Asociación Española de Greenkeepers (AEdG) is the meeting of the year for the people who maintain the turf on golf courses and sports facilities: greenkeepers, course managers, maintenance technicians and irrigation managers. It is a travelling congress hosted by a different city each year; the Pamplona edition takes place at Baluarte, the Navarre Congress Centre and Auditorium, with technical seminars, talks on sustainability and innovation, the traditional greenkeepers' tournament and a two-day trade exhibition where turf machinery, irrigation, fertiliser, seed and software brands sit down with the people who run the courses.

A congress exhibition is not a fair hall: it is a room in a congress centre, with lower ceilings, carpeted floors, spaces of a few square metres and a short set-up window between the last talk and the opening. So we build compact, pre-assembled stands that go up in a few hours with no construction on site, with floor protection if a mower or other machine is displayed, graphics that read up close and a table for negotiating next season's contract. As the congress changes city every year, we design the structure to travel and be reused edition after edition, changing only the graphics.
