The Feria del Jamón de Teruel y Alimentos de Calidad is the great gathering for ham with Teruel's Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) and for the province's quality foods, held in the capital of Teruel. Driven by the PDO Regulatory Council, it brings together curing houses and agri-food producers around ham, together with oil, truffle, cheeses and cured meats, and combines a professional section with cutting exhibitions and tastings open to the public.
At an agri-food and gourmet fair the stand must enhance the product: tasting and showcooking areas, a ham-cutting counter and warm lighting that showcases the brand.
